COVID-19 & when services will begin again?

BOSS Lash is committed first and foremost to the safety of clients. Due to the nature of services performed and current location, services have been temporarily suspended. BOSS is working hard to re-open in a new location where COVID-19 safety measures can be strictly followed and enforced. Please email or text if you have questions or would like to be notified once services begin.

Where's Boss Lash & Brow Co. located?

BOSS Lash is a home-based business in the South Valley area of Yuma (near Ave C & 32nd St). Because safety is important, the specific address is not released until your appointment is confirmed at least 18 hours prior to your scheduled appointment. A text will be sent for confirmation.

Can you come to me for service?

Yes, for an additional fee we can go to you.

What kinds of products do you use?

BOSS Lash & Brow Co. provides the best quality products for our clients. Products used are hypoallergenic and never tested on animals. No animal products are used. Products are manufactured specifically for use near the eyes and for professional eyelash extensions only. 

Are products safe for women who are pregnant?

Lash and Brow enhancements are a non-invasive cosmetic procedure. Products are manufactured specifically for use near the eyes and the lash adhesive does not actually come in contact with the skin. Brow adhesive is applied to both hair and skin. Either procedure requires that the client lay flat or nearly flat on their back for over one hour, which is not recommended for women in all stages of pregnancy. All things considered BOSS Lash & Brow Co. believes it is the choice of the expectant mother.

Are appointments available after hours?

Yes, with enough notice we take appointments after our regularly scheduled hours; however, an additional charge is applied for this service.

What is the best way to make my lashes or brows last?

Try not to touch them with your fingers! Use the mascara wand that BOSS Lash & Brow Co. provides at your appointment to keep your lashes clean and tangle free. If you experience any build up or irritation you can purchase TheraTears SteriLid Eyelid Cleanser at your local pharmacy. As always, you can contact BOSS Lash & Brow Co. for any other specific concerns or suggestions.

Do you use any animal products?

No animal products are used. “Minks are the most commonly farmed fur-bearing animals in the world. They’re bred and slaughtered on fur farms around the world for their fur, and farmers often kill them in gas chambers. If you purchase a mink fur coat or a set of mink lashes, you’re supporting an industry in which animals endure immense fear, stress, disease, parasites, and other physical and psychological hardships.” BOSS Lash & Brow Co. does not use products obtained by any animals.

Are your products tested on animals?

There is no animal testing of the products that are used by BOSS Lash & Brow Co.

What if I experience problems?

Call or text us anytime day or night at (928) 298-BOSS and let us know right away if you are having any problems. IF YOU ARE EXPERIENCING SEVERE PAIN, SWELLING OR ANY KIND OF EMERGENCY PLEASE SEE A DOCTOR. 

How long do lashes & brows last?

Lashes typically last 3 to 4 weeks but everyone is different and should expect to see results reflective of their lifestyle and activity level. Brows typically last 2 to 3 weeks. 

Can I bring someone with me to my appointment?

We strongly prefer no additional people come with you to your appointment. This allows the focus to be solely on you! If circumstances arise that requires you to bring someone with you; we ask that you contact us prior to your appointment, in order to ensure there are no issues or concerns when you arrive.

What if I need to cancel my appointment?

Call or text anytime. BOSS Lash & Brow Co. is run by women for women and we understand that life happens! We kindly ask that you try your best to let us know at least 1 hour prior to your appointment time.
